I always wanted to help people. As far back as my memory goes I was always interested in lending a helping hand to others. I probably got that from my two best teachers who happened to be my Mother and Father. They were the two best Doctors I ever have known. Mom was a pediatrician and Dad practiced Internal Medicine. They were truly devoted to their family, profession and to their patients. I studied Exercise Science at the University of Massachusetts where I was preparing for a career in Corporate Fitness. Upon graduating I landed a great job working for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. I found that many of the injuries I lived with over the years caught up to me, and I found my self in a revolving door of hospitals and doctors offices. And after all the tests and procedures, I was told that there was surgery that might help me, or there was living with the pain tempered by prescription pills and periodic injections. I don't exactly know how I ended up in a Chiropractors office, but I know what all the questions revolving around my head were: Is this safe, will it work, is he a "real doctor", will I have to keep on going forever, how much is this going to cost me?
Everything the Chiropractor said made sense to me, he analyzed my posture, checked to see how all the joints in my body were moving, checked the strength in all of my muscles, took x ray pictures, and most importantly asked about every trauma in life that I could remember. It was an exam that none of the real doctors did. I was evaluated as a whole person rather that an injured body part. The Chiropractor was looking more and more like a "real doctor". I agreed to his recommended care plan, and every week I found myself coming back to life. It wasn't the lack of symptoms that made it remarkable but there was a true healing taking place. I was later told that we all have this inborn or "innate intelligence" in us that governs every cell and organ and tissue in our bodies. I was happier, healthier, more fit and I finally found my true calling in life. I wanted to deliver this life changing "art" to as many people as I can.
I quit my job, and went to four more years of school. As soon as I graduated, I opened my fist practice in Montgomery County, 23 years ago. I am now practicing full time in Yardley, PA where I serve the the community of Lower Makefield.
I love drawing, traveling, and working out. I was born in Utica, New York, was raised on three continents and am a patriotic American for all freedoms she gives us.
